Congratulations to Tom Okura on his promotion to 6th Dan by Kancho Takamasa Okuyama, 10th Dan. Along with the hand written certificate he also received the title of “Renshi”. Tom Okura is the Co-Chief Chief Instructor of Traditional Karate Arts Canada (TKAC) and a regular instructor at Shikomu.
